• FLIYOO reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

3. Products

• All products listed on our website are subject to availability.

• We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

• Product colours, images, and descriptions are displayed as accurately as possible but may vary slightly on different devices.

• Product packaging may vary slightly from what is shown on the website without affecting product quality or contents.

• All products are intended for personal, non-commercial use only unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• FLIYOO reserves the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice.

• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

• Prices at the time of order placement will be honoured even if prices change after confirmation.

5. Orders & Payment

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

• FLIYOO reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order after confirmation due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.

We accept: Credit & Debit Cards, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, Cash on Delivery (select pin codes), and Wallets.

• All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. FLIYOO does not store your card or payment details.

• In case of a failed transaction where your account is debited, the amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days.

6. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched.

• To cancel, contact us immediately at asbbn.company@gmail.com with your order number.

• Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery as per our Return & Refund Policy.

• FLIYOO reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

7. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns only in cases of:

• Damaged or defective products received

• Wrong product delivered

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence sent to asbbn.company@gmail.com. Once approved and the product is received, a refund or replacement will be processed within 7–10 business days.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, fragrance preference, or partially used products. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. FLIYOO is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. For full details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the FLIYOO website — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, graphics, and design — is the intellectual property of FLIYOO and is protected under applicable Indian and international copyright laws.

The FLIYOO name, logo, and tagline 'Sugandh Everyday' are trademarks of FLIYOO and may not be used without express written permission.

10. User Conduct

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose

• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website or systems

• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract data from our website

11. Limitation of Liability

FLIYOO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product in question.
